Our goal is to provide care to our patients and keep everyone as safe as possible. To be able to accomplish both of these things, we have implemented various care options, including Telehealth.

What is Telehealth? 

It is providing health-related services and information through electronic and/or telecommunication technologies. It allows providers to provide patient care, advice education, and monitoring through long-distance and remote access. This is an alternative way for patients to receive care from our physicians while not exposing themselves to the environment.

Telehealth Options

In addition to in-person visits, we are offering video visits and telephonic visits.

Video Visits: This provides face-to-face encounters for patients and providers while not being in the same place. You must have certain equipment to be able to have a video visit and will be prescreened for this equipment before making the appointment.

Telephonic Visits: This is exactly what it sounds like as the provider will call the patient on the phone and complete the visit.
