Dr. Christopher Jue Named Fellow of the AGA
We are happy to announce that on February 1st, 2021 Dr. Christopher Jue was named Fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), the nation’s oldest, and most prestigious medical society dedicated to disorders of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Through the fellowship program, AGA honors superior professional achievement in clinical, private, or academic practice and in basic or clinical research. Fellowships are awarded to AGA members whose accomplishments and contributions demonstrate a personal commitment to the field of gastroenterology.
Dr. Jue has been with Digestive Health Specialists since 2013, currently serving the Tanglewood and Kernersville areas. He obtained his medical degree from Brown University Alpert School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Brown University in Providence, RI, and his gastroenterologist fellowship at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine at Montefiore. He is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American Gastroenterological Association, the American College of Gastroenterology, and is Board Certified in Gastroenterology. His clinical interests include liver disease, IBD, GERD, hepatobiliary, anorectal disease, esophageal motility, and colorectal cancer prevention.
